The licensor has the right to terminate the license at any time, without conditions or prerequisites. This termination policy allows the licensor to control the distribution and use of the product license.
By selecting any Sort Company license, users gain access to all Sort Company products, which vary based on the license type, while acknowledging the licensor’s right to terminate at any time. These rights ensure flexibility and help manage unexpected situations.
Disclaimer
Sort Company does not guarantee that its products will meet your requirements 100% or operate without interruption or errors.
All warranties or conditions not explicitly stated in this Agreement (including those related to profit loss, data loss or corruption, business interruptions, or contract losses) are excluded and disclaimed to the fullest extent allowed by the laws of your country.
This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and Refunds Policy
If you encounter any serious issues with the file, please contact us at hey@sortui.company within 15 days for a full refund.
Important Note: We cannot issue a refund if you change your mind after purchasing, choose not to use the file, or are unfamiliar with specific Figma features or functionality.
Terms and Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. You acknowledge that using the products/services does not create any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Shiryoku, LLC.
You agree not to present yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of Shiryoku, LLC or Sort Company. Additionally, you acknowledge that Sort Company products and services are not liable for any actions or omissions by you.
