License Agreement

All Sort Company products are the intellectual property of Shiryoku, LLC. The license agreement was entered into as of September 1, 2024, between Shiryoku, LLC, a business incorporated under the laws of the State of Delawere, with an address on 2093 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, 19703 US.
By purchasing Sort Company products, you are bound by the following license agreement. The following license grants the user an ongoing, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license to use all Sort Company products for commercial or personal projects based on the license they choose upon the purchase.

What Licence Should I Choose?
Sort Pass License — includes up to 5 users and provides lifetime access to all Sort Company products
Basic License — includes only 1 user and only the “Sort — Figma UI Kit” product, providing lifetime access to updates specifically for “Sort — Figma UI Kit.”
Important note: You may share files only if your license permits it.

Important note: At Sort Company, we have an IP access detection system that helps us to identify license violations. If we notice an unusual amount of access under a personal or team license, we can revoke access due to a violation of the current license terms of the agreement.
The Basic license allows you to:
Use the product for personal and commercial purposes, including the creation of websites, applications, and large-scale consumer and personal non-digital projects.
Use multiple times in multiple projects forever.
Modify the product or combine it with other works to create a derivative work not associated with the primary source work.
You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are also subject to the terms of the current license agreement with Shiryoku, LLC.
The Basic License does NOT allow you to:
Share the product with other users (unless your license permits it).
Resell, rent, or sublicense the product, even if you have an extended license.
Distribute/share the product in whole or in part or use it in another product offered for sale, where the functionality of Sort Company products becomes an added value or functionality of the new product.
Illegally distribute or publish Sort Company’s intellectual property online.
You can't create a template, UI kit, or design system for another software or platform (e.g., Webflow, Framer, HTML, Tailwind, WordPress, Adobe, etc.). You can't do this with an Item, either on its own or bundled with other items, even if you modify the Item
You can't share the item link on the web or distribute (e.g., embed) it with Figma public access.
You can't place any of the parts of the product into the end product as they are.
You are not allowed to let an end user extract the product or part of it and use it independently of the End Product.
Use Sort Company products or any part of them to create competing templates, UI kits, or design systems that profit from Sort Company’s intellectual property.
The Sort Pass license allows you to:

You can share it with other users, with the number of users depending on your license; the Basic version includes up to 5 users.

Returns and Refunds Policy
If you encounter any serious issues with the file, please contact us at hey@sortui.company within 15 days for a full refund.
Important Note: We cannot issue a refund if you change your mind after purchasing, choose not to use the file, or are unfamiliar with specific Figma features or functionality.
We also don’t provide refunds if you violate the licensing agreement.
Intellectual Property Ownership
All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in the Product content shall remain exclusively vested with Shiryoku, LLC.
Any unauthorized use of any Assets, Materials, or intellectual Content may result in prosecution under intellectual property laws based on your current country's regulations.
